Welcome to The Grange Hotel. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings can be made directly through our website, by phone, or by email.

All online bookings are processed securely via Wix Hotels, which manages payment and reservation details on our behalf.

A valid debit or credit card is required to confirm your booking.

Full or partial payment may be taken at the time of booking, depending on the rate or offer selected.

 

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Guests may cancel or amend their booking according to the cancellation terms displayed during the booking process.

Cancellations must be made via the same method the booking was made (e.g. Wix Hotels, phone, or email).

If you fail to arrive without notice (“no-show”), or cancel outside the stated notice period, you may be charged the equivalent of the first night’s stay or the full booking amount, depending on the rate selected.

Any refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at booking.

 

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: From 2pm

Check-out: By 11am

Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Please bring a valid form of identification upon arrival.

 

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests, staff, and hotel property.
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

 

6. Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property or furnishings during their stay.

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in rooms or public areas.

Please use any safes provided, or ask at reception for assistance.

 

7. Pets

Pets are welcome in certain rooms by prior arrangement. Please inform us at the time of booking.
Owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and any damage caused.

 

8. Accessibility

The hotel has four ground-floor rooms suitable for guests with limited mobility. If you have specific accessibility needs, please let us know before booking so we can ensure a suitable room is available.

 

9. Smoking Policy

The Grange Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the building is not permitted. Designated outdoor areas are available. Breaches of this policy may result in a cleaning fee.

 

10. Functions and Events

The hotel can host private functions including christenings, wakes, birthdays, business meetings, and afternoon teas. Separate terms, conditions, and deposits may apply for event bookings.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
